Due to increasing demand on our services we must advise ALL patients to please allow 72 working hours to process ALL repeat prescription requests and longer for items not on your repeat slip.
The surgery staff cannot be held responsible for prescription collection services offered by pharmacies, these can often add further waiting time to the processing of your prescription.
Please note that we are unable to accept any prescription requests over the telephone, however – prescriptions may be submitted online, at our front desk or via the post.
