Please telephone 0131 549 7300 between 2pm and 4pm, Monday to Friday to receive your test results.
We advise patients to allow a minimum of 1 week before phoning for results.
To comply with patient confidentiality, results will only be given to the patient (or the parent/carer for those aged under 16 years old). Please do not ask anyone else to telephone on your behalf, as we cannot provide information to a third party unless we have had a previous agreement from the patient that we can share confidential information with a named person.
Where appropriate you may be asked to discuss your results with a Doctor.
To ensure collection on time, please bring specimens before 2pm.
