Please telephone reception between 2pm and 4pm, each day to receive your test results.
We advise patients to allow a minimum of 1 week before phoning for results.
To comply with patient confidentiality, results will only be given to the patient (or parent/guardian). Please do not ask anyone else to telephone on your behalf, as we cannot provide information to a third party unless we have had a previous agreement from the patient that we can share confidential information with a named person.
Where appropriate you may be asked to discuss your results with a doctor.
To ensure collection on time, please bring specimens before 2.30pm.
